Invoice and anything else

Public institutions usually need this on the invoice before they can pay it. Universiteit Gent, for example, cannot process an invoice without a SAP bestelbon (10 digits starting with 420 or 440), and it has to be arranged before we deliver. Leave it empty if that does not apply to you.
